As the standard of living(생활수준) continues to improve in Korea, people are taking a greater interest in their health. This trend can be felt in various areas, including eating habits, exercise, and mental health.
With people getting more me-time(나만의 시간) amid the coronavirus pandemic, many are exercising more enthusiastically. Countless videos online offer pointers on(조언을하다) how to exercise alone. More and more people are taking lessons for Pilates or yoga.
Interest in healthy food is very high as well. People are more interested now in the nutritional information and calorie count of the food they eat. More people are cooking healthy food at home. Demand for wholesome foods like salads has increased a lot.

- 여자들은 요가나 필라테스를 하고 남자들을 대부분 골프나 헬스를 한다
- Women do yoga or pilates and men play golf and do weight trainning
- 가끔 탁구나 베트민턴을 치는 사람들이 있다.

- 그리고 점차 축구나 풋살하는 사람들은 줄고 있다.

- 나이 먹을 수 록 공이 작은 운동을 해야 한다고 한다.
- As you are getting older, you have to play with smaller balls
- 나도 축구 농구를 좋아했지만, 부상 위험 때문에 하지 않는다.
